Kramer Oil Response to COVID-19 Guidelines

At Kramer Oil, we are closely monitoring the guidelines related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Keeping our customers and employees safe is our top priority, and therefore, we have decided to close our office to the public effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020, until further notice.

Our office will continue to be staffed as normal, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, but only for calls and deliveries.  For the health and safety of our customers and employees we ask that you consider the following:

• Place a fuel, oil or propane order by calling or texting the office at (785) 562-2466.
• Call the office at (785) 562-2466 with any questions regarding pricing, contracts, billing, delivery, maintenance, etc.
• Pay bills via the mail or drop a check at the dropbox on the white shed directly east of CJ Express East, or at the dropboxes located at our cardlocks in Beattie and Herkimer.
• Call the office to schedule a time to pick up oil and filters, or have your propane tank filled.

Our delivery drivers will operate as normal, and we have increased our cleaning measures for our trucks.

We will continue to monitor and keep our customers up to date on the developments of COVID-19 and daily operations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. Thank you for your understanding.
